Establishment of
CPRC Hospital Services
The spread of the novel coronavirus internationally caused many nations to
go into lockdown. This led to many organisations in many countries adapting
and implementing various new strategies to combat the spread of this virus.
Malaysia was not exempted from this scenario and saw its first imported case
on the 25 January 2020.
Through active case detection, more and more cases are being identified.
With larger number of patients now being admitted to our facilities, the CPRC
Hospital Services tactfully laid out strategies to cope with this unprecedented
challenge. Such strategies ensured hospitals are sufficiently prepared and
equipped, healthcare workers are well informed, trained and taken care of to The newly refurbished CPRC Hospital Services

The CPRC Hospital Services is a component of the National CPRC. Formalized
on the 15 March 2020, the CPRC Hospital Services is responsible for ensuring
