undergo COVID-19 screening and mental health
assessment. When needed, early return to work
policy can be executed. It is worth noting that all

More than just developing guidelines, it is equally
important to ensure its applicability and monitor
compliancy. Therefore, as part of the qualitive
improvement initiatives, several audits were carried
out. An example of this audit is the new norm
compliancy audit. Here the OSH team performed
visual assessment on HCW compliancy to standard
operating procedures. Part of the respond also
provided us with deeper understanding on the
challenges our HCW are faced with. Improvements
were made to facilitate our workforce.
Part of the monitoring process included the regular
screening of HCW at COVID-19 facilities or when
indicated. This was carried out by the OSH unit at
all facilities. If and when a HCW becomes infected,
all necessary measures are taken to ensure
these individuals are take care off as well as the
continuity of services. Contact tracing for these
individuals are completed by the OSH unit.
